Ghee Flavor is a substance that simulates the unique flavor of ghee (Ghee, clarified butter made from butter). It is mainly divided into two categories: naturally extracted and artificially synthesized.
The naturally extracted type is mostly isolated from pure ghee, retaining its original milk fat aroma and layered roasted fragrance; the artificially synthesized type, through scientifically blending milk aroma raw materials and roasted fragrance substances, accurately reproduces ghee’s characteristic of "being rich yet not greasy after refinement." It also has stronger flavor stability, making it adaptable to high-temperature cooking or long-term storage.
With "mellow milk aroma" as its base, it is accompanied by subtle roasted fragrance and nutty aroma generated during butter refining. Free of the fishy smell of ordinary butter, it evokes a more "pure and rich" texture association. Its key advantage is heat resistance: it rarely produces off-flavors when heated, and instead enhances the release of milk aroma—this is its core feature that distinguishes it from ordinary butter flavor.

Traditional Cuisine Sector
A core application, especially suited for Indian, Middle Eastern, and South Asian dishes. Used in curries, stews, biryani, naan, lassi, etc., it imparts "authentic ghee flavor," enhances milk aroma depth, and avoids high costs and storage issues of real ghee.
Baking Sector
Suitable for high-oil pastries: cookies, biscuits, puff pastries (e.g., mille-feuille), cakes (e.g., pound cakes), and traditional treats (e.g., Indian milk cake).
